If someone calls in on my Partner system with Partner Mail R3 and goes to the wrong extension, how do I transfer them back to the main menu (auto attendant)?

Also, can I listen in and chose the right prompt and hang up thus connecting them?

Thanks

Pick an extension number on your system, at the top end of the dial plan that is not already in use.

Partner Plus, that's 10-33
Partner II, 10-57
Older ACS, 10-49
Later ACS, 10-57

In the Partner, assign Auto VMS Coverage, #310, and if you can, set Auto VMS Coverage Rings in #321 to 1

In the Partner Mail, create a matching mailbox, with a Class of Service of 15, to steer it to AA-1

Now transfer the caller to that extension, and hang on the make their selection for them, then hang up to connect them.

Tommy (& everyone),

You have been a great help and our system is up and running. Thank you very much.

We have been using the same old system for 15 years, and although the Partner is not new, it is a great step up for us.

On my old Panasonic, I was able to hit 1 and hear the music on hold. Is there any such feature on the Partner or do I need to call in to test it?

Rich

Feature 19 will play MOH through the speaker. Hit Feature 19 again and it will go off.
