How to transfer a call with an analog cordless phone on Merlin Legend 1

I needed a way to move around the office while still handling calls sent to the front desk. Our phone people suggested a cordless phone plugged into a TR port. I've done this, I've setup call forwarding on the MLX-20L and it is forwarding to the cordless. But no one knows how to transfer a call from the cordless. Flash works and does put the call on hold, but I don't know what key combination to press to transfer. Any help or if you have a link that lists everything I can do with the cordless, that would be very helpful but the transfer is the biggest concern. Thanks in advance!

Flash is used to transfer calls. The same as a 2500 set, after pressing the flash key, you should get stutter dial tone, press the station number and it should ring, then hangup, or announce the call when answered then hangup. Call transferred!
