How to transfer a call to voicemail without ringing the phone 1

In Nortel it is called Express Messaging. I receive a call, they want to leave a message for ext 400. I know ext 400 is having a 'not to be interupted' meeting. How can I transfer the caller directly to ext 400's mailbox without ringing the phone on ext 400?

It's from an old version of cucm but it's still the same. You can substitute the * for any digit that fits your dial-plan
