Hello everyone, I am trying to setup an auto attendant were callers can press a digit and get transferred by the call pilot to a call Center Queue (Skillset 1, or Skillset 2). Is this possible and how?. Thank you so much.
When you create a skillset you have to give it a DN.
It is that DN that you will put in your transfer Node in your auto-attendant.
Note that only an external call can be transferred to a skillset DN.
If you call that DN internally, it will only ring.
