How to transfer a call from analog port back to ex 21?

I have a standard cordless phone on the ata port of a cics..I can transfer a call to that phone..when i hookflash and dial 21 the call goes on hold but nothing happens...Thanks MWW

To make a feature with an ATA extension, you must do FLASH + * and the number of the feature you want to use.

Example:

Transfer to extension 21 is :

Flash + * (star) + 21 + hangup

Sorry i've make a mistake.

It's

Flash + * (star) + (feature = transfert = 70) + 21 + hangup


It will work better like that!!!
