How to track up charges to specific PLU

We would like to be able to audit and monitor our liquor sales more closely on Restaurant Manager POS. Currently we would ring a martini as Absolute and modify as $2 'UP' . This records 1 Absolute sold and 1 UP sold- but of course we sell 100+ items that can be modified as 'UP' and there is no trail to the original PLU item rang, so there is no way to track ounces sold per item. Is there a way to do this without programming each PLU item as Absolute/Absolute UP/Absolute Rocks/etc. Thanks in advance. Joseph
