Im trying to deal with PGM224 "Toll Exception Table", but there is not a lot of information in the user guide i have for the LDK-100.
Where can i find a good manual for the LDK-100?
Where can i find a good manual for the PGM224?
Im lost because, in the manual show:
"Exception table A & B allow the station that is programmed in STA COS 2, 3 & 4 to
have access to certain toll free calls as well as being denied certain calls."
but it doesn´t work!!
Example:
We set Extensions:
110 to COS 1
120 to COS 2
130 to COS 3
140 to COS 4
150 to COS 5
In the Toll Exception Table:
ALLOW A: only this number: 8833-8833
DENY A: 00,116,124,900,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,0
(The deny settings was made by the tecnician that instaled the LDK-100)
ALLOW B: Nothing
DENY B: 8833-8833 -> The same that is allowed in A
ALLOW C: Nothing
DENY C: Nothing
ALLOW D: Nothing
DENY D: Nothing
Now test the extensions:
Extension 110 from the COS 1 (this COS is not affected by the Toll exception i think)
Call to 8833-8833 -> OK
Call to 2461-2461 -> OK
Call to 8336-6338 -> OK
Extension 120 from the COS 2:
Call to 8833-8833 -> OK
Call to 2461-2461 -> NO CALL ALLOWED
Call to 8336-6338 -> NO CALL ALLOWED
Extension 130 from the COS 3:
Call to 8833-8833 -> NO CALL ALLOWED
Call to 2461-2461 -> OK
Call to 8336-6338 -> OK
------------ COS 1, COS 2, and COS 3, seems to work like they configured: COS 1, allow everything, COS 2 only 8833-8833, COS 3 everything but 8833-8833.
------------
Now what happend with COS 4 and COS 5??????
Extension 140 from the COS 4:
Call to 8833-8833 -> OK
Call to 2461-2461 -> NO CALL ALLOWED
Call to 8336-6338 -> NO CALL ALLOWED
Extension 150 from the COS 5:
Call to 8833-8833 -> OK
Call to 2461-2461 -> NO CALL ALLOWED
Call to 8336-6338 -> OK
Any explanation?
Sorry for the long long post.
