how to tell what speed MHZ memory is on Sun T2000

Hi Guru's

We're out of memory on our Sun T2000 server. However, none of us can tell what speed the memory is, so we don't know what to buy for additional memory. Two questions for your guru's:

1.) Is there any way to tell what speed these DDR2 DIMM memory modules are running at? (I pulled them out and it doesn't say.)

2.) Do these memory modules have to be installed in pairs in order to work?

Here's the online service manual for the T2000. It doesn't have the speed, but it does tell how they need to be changed.
