How to tell A report is loaded

Hi-
I am trying to write a program in VS 2005 (VB) using CR 11 R2 that will export reports automatically when it is opened. I am having trouble because I have not figured out how to tell when a report is loaded, either using a report document or the crystal report viewer.

Basically, when loading a report, how do I know when the report has loaded (these reports take a while) so I can export it and then load a new report?
