How to team Intel PRO 1000 MT NICs on PowerEdge 2850

I've installed W2k on a PE2850 but didn't see the option to team NICs when used the Dell installation CD. It's not installed teaming util like HP servers. How can I team the NICs?

You need to reinstall the intel network drivers to enable the ANS features. As shipped, the ANS components are not installed.

Sorry, what is ANS? This is first Dell server I've built in years, been using HP kit.

Advanced Networking Services. Teaming, VLANs, etc. The default Dell driver install doesn't support it. However, if you uninstall the drivers and reinstall them, you can enable ANS and solve your problem.
