How to synchronize user files?

We have 2 servers (server-A, server-B). Both servers are running Windows 2003 server as the operating system.

We have an User folder with 60,000 files on server-A and we have set up server-B as the backup server. In case something happen to the server-A, people can use server-B to access their files. How could I synchronize the User folder from server-A to server-B? THANKS.
