I'm using Actuate 7 SP2 to report against a Siebel 7.7.2 system. In addition to running reports from Siebel I want to schedule some reports to run regularly and be emailed to a group of people. I can do this by scheduling a report from Siebel, then editing the job from Actuate Active Portal to repeat and email as desired.
However, the users that have been created on the Actuate server do not have email addresses associated with them. Until I give them addresses they can't receive reports. I could manually enter email addresses against the users that want to receive reports, but it would be nicer if there was a way to include email addresses in the regular user synchronisation.
Any suggestions?
