how to switch from Mailbox to Maildir as default

Hello,

After setting the qmail, when we try to telnet to open a connection to port 110 on our qmail box, it recognises the User name but when password is entered, it says 'ERR this user has no $HOME/Maildir'. We can send the mail and it gets stored in the user home directory's Mailbox. How to reconfigure POP3d to get the mail?

Did you create the Maildir in the user's home directory? It should have rwx------ permissions. Inside that you should have three folders (cur, new & tmp) with permissions set at rwx------.
