GM,
I need incoming calls to switch between hunt groups on every call. Its a zero out option. Calls will be coming from VMPRO. I set two extension on call forward to the hunt groups. They work if I direct dial the extensions, but they don't work when I add the extensions to a hunt group and try to call the hunt group. I also tried adding the two hunt groups as overflow groups, but there's no way to set the as longest idle on overflow. The only other way I thought I could make it work, is to ring an extension and cover that extension for the other extension in the group. Any thoughts?

custom build in vmpro to set a user variable and change the entry with every call and send the call to that new value.
Every call will basically set the value to the other HG and transfer to it. (or the other way around that it changes it to the HG it needs to transfer)

I strongly suggest you reconsider your requirements

if you need to perform this sort of jiggery pokery you have almost certainly not though out your needs thoroughly & should look into a more sensible operation.

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

It would be absolutely simple to create a voicemail module that tests the value of a variable (let's say "GroupA") and routes calls accordingly. For example: "If (GroupA = 1) {Set GroupA = 0; Transfer to Group B} else { Set GroupA = 1; Transfer to Group A}" and hey presto you have a simple flip flop call routing.

But to paraphrase IPGuru - "Why?" A little bit more about why you want to do this may deliver better or simpler answers.
