I have several network drives that I have mapped. When I start my vista computer, I have to double-click on the drive and then enter the username/password to access the drive. I want these drives automatically logged into whenever I start my computer. How can I do this??

When you created your mapped drives did you tick the check ox that allows for reconnection at logon?

There also is an area for managing stored passwords.

You can add, delete or change the passwords that you store on your computer.

Open User Accounts via the Control Panel.

In the left pane, click Manage your network passwords.

Select the password you want to manage (or use the Add button to add a password and network location).

Click Edit , if you want to make any changes , and then click OK.

You might also need a registry tweak to downgrade the level of NTLM to XP compatibility - I had to do that to get my Vist-64 to talk to my Buffalo LANStation network drive. It's at - the one with the large commentary block mentioning Vista.
