I've created a crystal Report having page header and Details.
My query would be much easier by reading this example:
I've a page header holding information about the employee.
All the transactions conducted by the employee with the customers are displayed in the details(say customer Names).

AS soon as the employee changes, the page header, details value change as per required.
My problem is : When the Details of a particular employee exceeds more than one page, I am not able to suppress the page headre on the next page.
So, How to suppress the page header on the next page ? or
My requirement is: I don't want to show the page header details on the next page if the details exceed more than single page.
Thanx in advance.

The way I do this is to go to format section, click on the formula button (x+2) next to suppress (do not check the suppress box) and enter PageNumber = 1. This is like saying if page number = 1 then suppress = flase else suppress = true.

If the page header information is employee-specific, instead of putting it in the page header, put it in the group header and use either the format "new page before" or "new page after"...
