How to suppress highligting of field

Is there any way to suppress the highlighting of the control on the form with the first tab stop when the form is opened or a new record is diplayed?

[ol][li]Add a hidden textbox to the detail area. Name it [blue]ParkCsr[/blue].[/li]
[li]Set it 1st in the [blue]Tab Order[/blue].[/li]
[li]In the [blue]On Load[/blue] event of the form:

[blue]   Me!ParkCsr.SetFocus[/blue]

You cannot set the focus to an object if the visible property is set to NO. You can, however, set the height and width properties to 0.
