How do I suppress a section based on another section being suppressed?

I have a report with 30+ detail sections. Each section has a different suppression formula. For my last detail section and group footer section, I want to suppress only if ALL the previous sections have been suppressed. Is there a way in a suppression formula to test the suppression value of a previous section? I tried setting a global variable in the suppression formula to true if suppressed, but it is not working properly. I would like to just test the suppression value of a section.

Thanks

You would have to check the criteria used to suppress the sections.
