How to store last running total in variable

Hi

I am new to Crystal. I have lots of groups in my report.

I have created a running total and am interested in just the last total.

This i need to store in a variable so that i can place it group header section.

I need the amount to be on the same line as other details.

If it's not clear i can send file through e-mail.

Pls. help!

Are you trying to say that you have lots of values in a group, or that you have lots of groups?

Then you ssay you want it in the group header, and then you say you want it in the same line as the details???

Please rephrase your post and I suggets that you post examples of the dazta and what you need as descriptions often are hard to follow.
