How to stop user inserting or deleting rows in Excel ? 1

Anyone know how I can stop a user from inserting or deleting rows ( or columns ) in an Excel spreadsheet. ???

I don't know how to do it using VBA but I usually Share the workbook then click tools\options and unclick the Row & column headers.
 
Yeah, the problem with that is that even without the headers the user can right -click on any cell and get the insert/delete functionality back ! I really need a VBA way to stop it :cool:
 
Can you simply protect the sheet? You can unlock certain cells so that they can still be changed, but the option to delete rows and columns is unavailable.
 

I'd be interested in also knowing how this is done. Sorry could not help snorky.
