How to stop the server for load balanceing

I tried to setup load balancing on a windows 2003 server, & it locked up & crashed. i was able to reset my static ip's but now when i look into the system event logs, it saying that the load balancing server couldn't start. in the services i can not find a server (for or called load balancing), so does anyone know what it's talking about? or how to stop it? any suggestions would help.
