How to stop the dropping of lead "0" when export to excel

I am exporting a report to excel that has a field that sometimes contains a leading 0 (as a text field).
When in Excel, the lead zero is dropped.
I would like to get that "0" back in. Makes the users more comfortable.

On the Control Source of that field you could use
=Right("0" & [YourFieldName], YourStandardLength)
