could any body help... how to stop the beep sound and increase the volume in two way conference in IPS2000.. how to do this in matworx 32?

please guide us

thanks and regards

There is no "beep tone" for normal conferencing. There is a tone for executive override. Try CMD 08>045> set to a "0" to change it from a tone every 4 seconds to one time only.
As for your volume issue, you need to provide some more information. Do you have copper trunks or digital (ISDN) trunks. Keep in mind that copper trunks will always have insertion loss and they are dependent on your local CO. There are some settings that may help, but they are specific to copper or digital. You will also need to know what the trunk routes are before attempting volume changes.
Use command 42 and 3519 to set up custom padding. The options provided are limited.
