How to stop mpeg movies from playing on browser

Hello All,
How do I stop mpeg movies from playing as default in IE.
I already everything I can think of. Disabled in IE itself. I think I also disabled in the Windows Media Player.
But there is one more version of Media Player (Microsoft Media Player), which I cant find where its installed.
i think thats whats causing this issue. any ideas of how to search for this install.
Thsi is the one who's icon looks like a movie clap screen.

you can go to add/remove programs, then choose windows componets. Also look in the winnt or windows folder. Just incase going to post a few things on ie in case you didnt uncheck them.


Go to tools, internet options, then advanced. Uncheck play videos in webpages, play animations in webpages and might try play sounds in webpages.
