How to stop message notification

Hello,

I have a kx-td1232 PBX with a kx-tvs50 voice mail system. There is a user who has an analog phone connected to the system using one of the extensions. When he picks up the phone, it has beeping and tone that to him signals he has message waiting on his voice mail. However, he has not messages on his voice mail. How does one turn the message indicator off and on for analog phones?

Thanks obtsystems, I had one user who had no messages but her light was on. This fixed it!
