How to stop automatically running audio files ?

I accidentally marked the "newer ask me again" box, while downloading a mp3 from mp3.com. The problem is, that it downloads the file and automatically starts winamp. How can I change this? I have tried to reset the internet settings, and delete all offline content, it still does the same thing :-/

Open Windows Explorer, go to View>FolderOptions, click the FileTyes tab, scroll to the .mp3 extension, click the Edit button and make sure "cnfirm open after download" is checked.

That'll do it.
