How to start SQL SP3

Hi,

Forgive what is probably a stupid question, but how do I start the SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 3a package. I've unzipped it, but can see no .exe file or similar, just abunch of batch file that return errors when run.

I have also unzipped the desktop update and the analysis services update. What are these two for, do I need to run them?
