how to start RH with GRUB

One of the techs at work just installed RH 7.3 on a machine and in the install he opted for GRUB. Now when the machine boots all we get is a GRUB> prompt. What does it want us to do next? Thanks, Stephen

seriously, if you just installed it, I would re-install. It's not worth the effort. really, it sounds like grub can't find the boot directory on your disk and hence the trouble. Re-install IMHO

Thanks, I will probably reinstall with LILO since this is a new install and not dual boot.
