Hi, I set up the following links in the rc?.d directory but somehow it does not work when I reboot the box:
rc0.d/K15apache -> /etc/rc.d/init.d/apachectl
rc1.d/K15apache -> /etc/rc.d/init.d/apachectl
rc2.d/K85apache -> /etc/rc.d/init.d/apachectl
rc3.d/K85apache -> /etc/rc.d/init.d/apachectl
rc4.d/K85apache -> /etc/rc.d/init.d/apachectl
rc5.d/K85apache -> /etc/rc.d/init.d/apachectl
rc6.d/K15apache -> /etc/rc.d/init.d/apachectl

/etc/rc.d/init.d/apachectl is the same binary as /usr/local/apache2/bin/apchectl

My box environment: Redhat 8.0, apache 2.x

Thanks in advanced.

Thanks a lot. It worked. I forgot to change the "K" to "S" in the desired levels when I "cut and paste".
