How to stand up DRSN service

I am a contractor assigned to a team that is standing up all the network, printing, voice, video-conferencing, and basically everything else that needs connectivity in a new government building, and some of the users will require DRSN service and i am looking for some info/help on this subject. We are selecting and implementing all the network hardware (switches, routers, etc.) in the bldg., and i need to be certain we have all the components we need to provide the DRSN service to the client and how i need to go about getting this service.

If anyone has any experience in this or can point me in the right direction i will be eternally grateful. Thanks in advance
