hello everyone,

I have a 2 array configuration ona Windows 2000 server.

Array A: RAID 1+ 0 2 disks
Array B: RAID 5 across 6 disks

I want to make Array B only 4 disks and create Array C having 2 disks and using RAID 1.

Array B does not have anything on it - blank.

How can I reconfigure it, taking 2 disks from Array B and moving them to a new Array C?

This is hardware RAID of course. And it is an HP server but I think the raid basics are similar to IBM's.

Thanks for any tips.

John

We can close this post.

I ran out of time. I'll have to use it as is.
