How to Speed-up Selecting from 530000 rows table 1

Hi, can any one tell me how to speed up for selecting from a table have 530000 row/record ?

Seriously you have posted no useful information abount your problem except the number of records in the table. Please post specific info about the problem and we may be able to help you.
