How to Speed up 256k ISDN

Does anyone know of anyways of speeding up download rates on 256k,and also do you know why the internet whould run as slow as a 56k modem,we are using a proxy server Matthew Hankins

need more info - how many ISDN lines? is Proxy server set up for channel bonding? if so at what level?
What hardware used? etc

There is one ISDN line,we use a BT ISDN Speedway for channel Bonding,but i dont know at what level. We are using proxy 2 on win2k server,the proxy server is not setup for channel bonding,but i would like to set channel bonding up onit,but i need more information About that please. Matthew Hankins
