How to speak text to telephone after some defined rings...

Hi to all greate programmers there!
Thanks to all for the greate replies!

Hey, there is still two problems unsolved.
1.How do I detect the telephone rings,
2.How do I speak text to phone.

By the 1st & 2nd I mean that I want to detect the telephone rings and count them and after some defined number of rings a wave file or the text,that I would have typed & stored for the that caller-id will be played.

Does anybody know any VB code for the same?

It's very very urgent......
