How to Sniff ICA/RDP Protocols - Thin Client Server Technology

Hi,<br><br>Our Company makes use of two Technologies to determine Network problems:<br>Sniffer Network Analyzer for Ethernet IV (Ver. 5.50a)&<br>Sniffer Pro (Ver. 1.0)<br><br>As we are moving towards a Thin Client Server environment we require information to assist us with determining Network impact, scalabillity and address one or two problems we currently experience on the Network...<br><br>Are there any upgrades available for any of the above mentioned Analyzers, or would I only have to configure them for this environment?<br><br>I would appreciate any information in this regard.<br><br>Regards<br>Johann<br>

The Dos analazer you have does not have a software upgrade. However, you can upgrade the software of your portable SnifferPro 1.0. The latest version is 3.5 with 4.0 coming just around the corner. Some of the feature enhancements of 3.5 include more protocols, better decode enginge, and reporting capabilities. Visist <A HREF="

Johann,<br><br>This info from NAI is incomplete...you may renew your PrimeSupport contract and get a new grant number that would allow you to get the new 3.x and 4.x releases of the windows gui....cost per license is about $1500....call me if you want pricing....262-820-9846...Dennis
