I have 2 admins that have several lines for different people on their telephone/side-cars. One of the Admins want to only see the lines flash when calls are received the other want these lines to ring. Any know of a way to accomplish this. Both are using 7965 w/7914 side-cars.

How to Silence multi-appearance Lines 1

Just select the line you do not want to ring on the admins phone itself and scroll down to ring settings. There is one for phone idle and phone active. Change both to "flash only" and save.
Do the same for each line that requires the same treatment on that specific phone.
Do the same for each line that requires the same treatment on that specific phone.
