Hi all,

We have create new CSR for new AACC 7.0 installation (to be integrated with Aura CM/SMGR/AES/ASM)

Now as per the Avaya doc, the CSR of AACC must be signed by CA Server

The customer doesn't have any CA Server, is it possible to sign this CSR by an Avaya Server (like SMGR) ?

If yes, how ? I cannot find much documents that explaining this part

Thank you in advance.

Yeah its really bad. You dont need to create a CSR really, just login to the security bit and go create a new security store which requires you to set a password
Create or buy a cert but make sure you create it with a private key, get help from a cert guy as certs are fidly. Private key create is done when creating CSR
Get the cert bundled as a pfx/p12
Add it using the security program
Turn Security ON
Apply and reboot
