Hi,
I have a report which prints off an envelope using the following fields from a query:
[Name]
[Address 1]
[Address 2]
[Town]
[County]
[Postcode]
Each field has it's own text box, but this can cause problems when, for example, a person does not have an entry in [Address 2], as it leaves a gap on the envelope.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
