How can I show the Parameter's Description (NOT THE VALUES) on the report?

The JOIN({?Parameter}, ', ') function will only show the Values.

CR 8.5 and MSSQL2000

Thanks,
Ron

I played with this for 20 minutes and could not come up with a way to do this. I do not believe this is possible. Software Sales, Training and Support for Macola, Crystal Reports and Goldmine

You would need to create a wat for Crystal to lookup a description given a value. This can be done by declaring two array variables, locating the value in the first one, and retrieving the description from the corresponding element in the second array.

You can do the same thing with a single array (by combining the value and the description into a single element...

All of the above assumes there's no way for you to simply use the Description as the actual parameter value...

Ido,

Will you be kind to show me how to do that?

Thanks is advance.
