I'm using IP Office Customer Call Reporter for agent reporting like "Call Summary report" which will show all answer calls, lost calls and so on. but we have a problem here. when our CCR agents decided to go all logged out. customers keep calling and I can see him on the waiting list of wallboard, and because there are no agents available it gets lost, but that lost call does not appear on any of my reports. the only lost calls that I can see is when agents are logged in and could not answer the calls.
any workaround or I'm missing something here?
