Hi all,

I was wondering if it's possible to show the name of the current user of the computer in a text box on a form?

For instance, when someone logs into windows 2000 and their user name is "JXP455", can I have that name appear on my main form.

thanks
Martin

Hello Martin
you can use

= Environ("UserName")
for NT --> = Environ("NWUSERNAME")
just set this in the standard setting in the text field.

Have a nice day
