How to show report by month based on comboboxes selection?

Hi,
Is it possible to generate report based on the combo boxes selection by month and year. I have field, Delivery_Date and i want to display the report by month. I want to select both month and year from combo boxes and generate the report. Is it possible?

Any idea?

Set your criteria in the query to:
WHERE Month([DateField]) = Forms!frmA!cboMonth AND Year([DateField]) = Forms!frmA!cboYear
