I'm using redhat, want to know who I can get the information of CPU usage?

The command line command 'w'
The command 'top'
Gui 'gtop' for Gnome

top - displays top CPU/RAM processes

uptime - displays system information

w - shows who is logged in and what they are doing

GKrellm has a nice GUI CPU/Mem/Net display that shows your usage. You may want to look into this if your running X.
