How to shell & configure network card in SCO5

Hi there

I am new to this so please help me. I must configure a server HP Netserver With SCO 5 to be on the visible on the network how ? The NIC is active and I need to give it an IP, How do I get into the shell or whatever

Hello Francois

Please notedown which network card you have. type netconfig command . You will get menu. Then use add lan card option. You will get options which network card. Select the appropriate one. Then add tcp/ip and give the ip while setting up. After the above setps it will ask for kernal rebuild say yes to do that.


Reboot the same .
