How to share/use 2 Active Connection in same time

Howdy PPL
i have problem here ( off course if i'm not, i wouldn't post forum here )

here my data :
Server : 1 unit - Windows 2k Adv. Server
Client : 60 Units - Windows 98
connection to internet : 2 ADSL Account ( say it con A and Con B
ADSL Modem : Zyxel Prestige series 600
Local IP MODEM : 192.168.100.1 ( con A ) & 192.168.100.2 ( con B )
Public IP : Dynamic

right now i'm use DHCP method, so if i've troublem with con A i'll move or change to con B. it difficult for me cause i have 60 clients
so i think to use both connection from 1 server with same connection ( con A + Con B ). right now i have tried without 3rd party software. and the condition changed. i never need use winipcfg from all client. i just need change gateway ip from server . but it mean if i use con A ... then Con B will not use.

Now My question :
1. How to make con A and Con B works at same time ? ( so i can say my bandwith are con A + con B )
2. if i need to install 3rd software please tell me what the name of 3 rd software and or how to do that
