I have installed Windows2000 Server with Service Pack2. I have also installed Exchange2000 Server.

The system is working properly without any problems.

I would like to share the contacts in outlook2000 so that all the people on the network can use them, i beleive it is supposed to be done on the exchange server but i don't know how to get that done.

Can anyone help me with this issue, in step by step mode please.

Thanks.

Easy. Just setup a contacts oriented public folder from Outlook. Copy the contacts into the new folder. Right click on the new folder and assign permissions.

Everybody can typically see it, and some or all can change.

Thanks but how is it done do I have to create new separate contacts or can I just copy the contacts.pst file I have made of all the contacts into this the shared folder?
