Hi

Does anyone know how a MS Access 2007 database can be shared and how?

I have created a simple database and have a form. Ideally i would like to place the database on a server, for the administrator to update through Access and give several users the form view to navigate from.

Any idea's on how this can be acheived?

Any help would be weclomed

Look at Tools / Utilities / Database splitter.

You split your database into a front-end containing queries, macros, reports, modules, etc. and a back-end containing the tables. Tables are linked into the front-end.

The back-end goes onto the server and each user gets a copy of the front-end.

There's more information here about issues that you should look at when you are splitting a database.
