Has anyone ever seen a step-by-step description of how to share Outlook calendars between one or more computers...usually on a Win9x peer network? I did it one time with the help of Microsoft's $35.00 call in line....it took 5 tech support guys and 3 four to six hour sessions over a period of a week and a half. Either I'm missing something or it's the biggest mess I've ever seen. I am a CNE working on an MSCNE and so it shouldn't be all that difficult. I have several clients doing exactly what they want on Schedule+ and/or Lotus Organizer. Usually it's a receptionist who needs to schedule several executives or church pastors. There is no need for any form of security. I don't want to have profiles enabled and I don't want to have passwords.
Thanks!!

We run Organizer (single server) and Office 97. We have been considering moving to Exchange and Outlook for quite a while. At a forum about a year ago (pre-Outlook 2000), I asked the Microsoft rep about group scheduling and Exchange Server. He provided a general idea about how to do it, but I warn you it involved writing some VB and publishing it to each client to do what Organizer does basically out of the box (and has since rel 2.0).
I want to go with a single publisher for my office apps, but unless Outlook 2000 and the newest iteration of Exchange Server have added functionality, I can't. I look forward to others' responses.
