how to setup vpn server and vpn client 1

i have i winnt4 server with 2 network card. 1 nic is attached to the local lan and one is attached to the internet using lease line (with fixed ip address given by Internet Service Provider).

I want to make it as a VPN server.

my vpn clients are users with win2000 professional /win98 accessing the server fom home.

vpn servers and clients are using TCPIP protocol.

Could anyone explain to me how to configure it?
