I have one exchange server that 4 seperate companies in our organization need to be able to participate. I need each of these companies to be able to send and recieve mail with their appropriate company name.
Example: Primary company is user@mycompany.com
2nd company needs to be user@uk.mycompany.com
3rd company needs to be user@nl.mycompany.com
4th company needs to be user@newcompany.com
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am doing the same thing now. Simply add/edit the SMTP address you want in the desired recipient's mailbox (properties->email addresses tab)to reflect the company the user belongs to. Make sure that address is designated as the "reply address" if there are multiple SMTP addresses listed.

I also created seperate recipient containers (BEFORE creating users) for each company to keep who-is-part-of-what-org straight.

Good Luck. [sig][/sig]
